Dr. Terry Westfield has the experience and expertise to help you achieve your plastic surgery goals. He is a meticulous, caring surgeon dedicated to exemplary patient care and excellent results. Dr. Westfield is double board certified in plastic surgery and otolarynogology.

After graduating from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1971, Dr. Westfield trained extensively in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology, completing residencies in both specialties. Before beginning private practice, Dr. Westfield served his country as a surgeon at Lackland Air Force Base and Brooks Air Force Base in San Antonio, as well as overseas. He began private medical practice as a plastic surgeon in San Antonio in 1980, where he has continued to live and practice medicine ever since.

With a total of 36 years as a physician, Dr. Westfield is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and also a Diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association, the Bexar County Medical Association, and Phi Beta Pi Medical Fraternity.

Dr. Westfield has hospital privileges at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, Methodist Hospital System, and St. Luke's Baptist Hospital. Constantly keeping abreast of up-to-date surgical techniques, Dr. Westfield is highly skilled and experienced in plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body, and also offers non-surgical procedures such as wrinkle filling with the new dermal injectable Prevelle Silk.
